The casting will take place next Sunday, February 28th 11am-3pm at TONI AND GUY HAIRDRESSING ACADEMY, 3400 Bristol St, Costa Mesa, CA 92626
Online photo submissions and final winners will be announced on the last day of OC Fashion Week.
