The word horizon describes a boundary line between the earth´s surface and the sky. Pictorially speaking it stands for our desires and visions bordering our intellectual field of view. Unlike the borders of a land, this line does not extend nearly as linear. Early on, we surmount spiritual borders and learn to acknowledge the complexity of this world. We strive through our experiences and the knowledge we gain. This knowledge makes us strong and gives us an armor to overcome with force, to meet life with all its highs and lows, and master its challenges. My collection is symbolic for this strength. It is a reminder to trust our expertise and overcome borders. It skills us to take part in this journey called life and meet its adventures with expertise, pride and a firm hold.
