What time in your life inspired you to become an artist? How did your creative journey begin?
For me, it’s always been about doing something that I’m really passionate about. I’ve always been creative, even as a child. I loved dancing, fashion, and art. I was also really into computers and digital elements, so I guess that slowly led me to finding the magic of digital fashion.
If you had one last opportunity to express yourself creatively, what message would you want to convey to others?
Always do what you do with love or don’t do it at all. And most importantly, don’t harm the planet—or others—in the process!
Do you practice any unique rituals that help you to achieve your creative goals?
I don’t think so. I never really know if the ideas I have in my head will actually work until I actually try to create them. I rarely give up though. I will do whatever I can to make the creations in my head become a reality, even if that means working on them time and time again until I am happy with the end result. Oh, and I also drink lots of tea. That helps!
If you had a chance to collaborate with any brand, which one would you choose and what kind of idea or project would you try and accomplish?
Schiaparelli! I absolutely adore their work at the moment, from their beautiful and daring concepts to the perfect craftsmanship. The collaboration would definitely be a digital couture runway project. If anyone from Schiaparelli is reading this, please hit me up!
What distinguishes you from other artists in your genre? I suppose I still feel like a newbie in the digital fashion world, but I recently found that I seem to have a thing for exploring futuristic fashion. It has been the special element in my work that seems to resonate most with both my creative lust and my followers on Instagram. I really love that virtual fashion allows me to explore different concepts and experiment with unconventional materials, textures, and colors in a 3D space. I’m not restricted by the limitations of the physical properties of fabrics in the real world.
