Drawing from his background in fashion, Gilony translates rhythm, repetition, and material precision into spatial choreography. Through monofloral scenography, hybrid installations, and sensory- driven environments, light, texture, sound, objects, and human movement converge into performative systems that blur the boundaries between exhibition, ritual, and hospitality, turning the act of gathering and dining into a curated cultural experience. His practice has included collaborations with the Guggenheim Museum, Milan Design Week, Berghain Berlin, and The Met Breuer, New York.
