Tell us about your brand and its overall mission in the fashion world.
Vertexx bridges the gap between industrial hardware and minimal luxury by molding the two together so you can wear pieces that inherently match your unique personality. In geometry, a vertex is the highest point where two lines meet to form an angle. Here, we like to focus on an architectural approach where objects become starting points of your daily conversations. By using precision milling along with 3D modeling and CNC machining, our wearable hardware stays true to form and functions to elevate your style. Coming from an architectural background and having a passion for fashion at a young age, I always knew I wanted to combine both of these worlds in my future career. As years went on, I started to notice that when the two industries were combined, the product became too avant-garde and wasn’t incorporated in everyday wear. This is where Vertexx came to fruition and I started making products that were functional for everyday wear.

What challenge have you faced throughout your career made you stronger?
The saturated jewelry market makes me a stronger creator because it enables me to set my creative parameters to a higher level and ensure I do not fall into creating jewelry seen as typical.

If you could dress any famous leader in this world, who would you choose and why?
I would love to dress Zendaya in my jewelry. She has such an amazing style. All of her looks would be phenomenal. She is also very talented and hardworking. Anything she wears, she rocks. Who wouldn’t want to be a part of that?

Which five things do you absolutely need in your life to maintain your creativity and motivation?
Travel, connecting with people, access to museums, a clear space to work, and good music.

Describe your dream fashion house in three sentences.
My dream fashion house would consist of having multiple field designers from different backgrounds. For example, I would love to learn from a botanist and understand plants and their species. It would definitely make me think of different perspectives while designing and creating new looks. Any unconventional house setting would create opportunities for groundbreaking media.
